لا يقرأ دفترك أحدٌ غيرك.
هذه الصفحة تشرح ما يحفظه تطبيق جرورة، وما الذي يغادر هاتفك ومتى. ويعرض التطبيق نفسه الشيء ذاته في شاشة «ما الذي يغادر هاتفك». حين يُضاف شيء إلى هذه القائمة، سيظهر في التطبيق وهنا أولاً.

يبقى على هاتفك دائماً
أسماء الزبائن والمورّدين، أرقام الهواتف والعناوين، المبالغ والأرصدة، الملاحظات، صور الفواتير، الباركود، واسم المحل وصاحبه. هذه البيانات محفوظة داخل التطبيق على هاتفك، ومحمية برقمك السري. لا نملك نسخة منها، ولا نستطيع رؤيتها.
يغادر هاتفك فقط حين تختار أنت
- نسخة احتياطية — حين تشاركها بنفسك عبر واتساب أو أي تطبيق تختاره. تذهب إلى المكان الذي تختاره أنت، لا إلينا.
- تقرير عطل — حين ترسله بنفسك. لا يحتوي أسماء ولا أرقاماً ولا مبالغ، وتستطيع قراءته قبل إرساله.
- رسالة لزبون — تذكير أو كشف حساب، تكتبه أنت وترسله أنت عبر واتساب أو الرسائل النصية.
- رمز استرجاع — رسالة نصية يرسلها التطبيق إلى رقم المحل المحفوظ في الإعدادات حين تطلبها أنت من شاشة القفل، فيها رمز مؤقت من ٦ أرقام ولا شيء عن زبائنك. لا تُرسل إلى أي رقم آخر.
يغادر هاتفك من تلقاء نفسه
لا شيء في هذا الإصدار. لا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت من تلقاء نفسه، ولا يرسل شيئاً لم ترسله أنت.
يحمل التطبيق إذن الإنترنت في قائمة أذوناته، ولا تستخدمه أي ميزة فيه اليوم. هو موجود استعداداً لما هو قادم — نسخة احتياطية تحدث من تلقاء نفسها، هاتف ثانٍ للمحل يبقى متوافقاً مع الأول، مطابقة الدفعات بالديون — لا لشيء يعمل الآن.
وحين تصل أول ميزة تستخدم الإنترنت، فلن يغادر هاتفك شيء يستطيع أحدٌ قراءته عن زبائنك: يُشفَّر قبل أن يغادر، أو لا يغادر. وسيُكتب ذلك في شاشة «ما الذي يغادر هاتفك» داخل التطبيق وفي هذه الصفحة قبل أن يحدث.
ويبقى كل ما تحتاجه يومياً يعمل والإنترنت مغلق: تسجيل الدين والدفعة، والأرصدة، وكشوف الحساب، وقائمة المتأخرين، والنسخة الاحتياطية على هاتفك. الإنترنت إضافة، وليس شرطاً.
النسخة التجريبية فقط
النسخة التجريبية تختلف عن النسخة العادية في شيء واحد: إذا وافقت في أول شاشة، يسجّل التطبيق طريقة استخدامك له — الشاشات التي تفتحها، والأزرار التي تضغطها، والأخطاء والأعطال، وسرعة الهاتف — ويرسل ذلك إلى المطوّر عند توفّر الإنترنت. إذا لم توافق، يُغلق التطبيق ولا يسجّل شيئاً.
لا تُرسل النسخة التجريبية الأسماء ولا الأرقام ولا المبالغ ولا الملاحظات ولا الصور. يُعرَّف الهاتف برقم عشوائي يصنعه التطبيق، وبرمز المختبِر إن كتبته، ولا يُستخدم رقم الهاتف أو معرّف الجهاز أو معرّف الإعلانات.
تمر هذه البيانات عبر خوادم Cloudflare وتُحفظ لدى Supabase، وتُستخدم فقط لتحسين التطبيق. تتوقف النسخة التجريبية عن العمل تلقائياً في تاريخ انتهاء التجربة.
هذا الموقع
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies)، ولا أدوات تتبّع، ولا إعلانات. تستضيفه Cloudflare، وتعالج عناوين الزوار لأغراض الأمان وتوصيل الصفحات فقط.
ما لا نفعله أبداً
لا نبيع بيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق، ولا نشارك أي معلومة عنك أو عن زبائنك مع أي جهة.
حذف بياناتك
بيانات دفترك على هاتفك، وحذف التطبيق يحذفها (احتفظ بنسخة احتياطية أولاً إن أردت). لحذف بيانات النسخة التجريبية المرسلة إلينا، راسلنا بأول ثمانية أحرف من «رقم التثبيت» الظاهر في لوحة النسخة التجريبية، وسنحذفها.
الأطفال
جرورة أداة لأصحاب المحلات، وليست موجّهة للأطفال.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
أي تغيير فيما يغادر هاتفك يُكتب في شاشة «ما الذي يغادر هاتفك» داخل التطبيق وفي هذه الصفحة، مع تاريخ التحديث.

No one reads your book but you.
This page explains what the Jaroura app keeps, and what leaves your phone and when. The app shows the same thing on its "What leaves your phone" screen. When anything is added to this list, it appears there and here first. The Arabic text above is the original.
Who we are

Always stays on your phone
Customer and supplier names, phone numbers and addresses, amounts and balances, notes, bill photos, barcodes, and the shop's and owner's names. This data is stored inside the app on your phone and protected by your PIN. We have no copy of it and cannot see it.
Leaves your phone only when you choose
- Backup: when you share it yourself, over WhatsApp or any app you pick. It goes where you send it, not to us.
- Crash report: when you send it yourself. It contains no names, numbers or amounts, and you can read it before sending.
- Messages to customers: a reminder or statement that you write and send yourself, by WhatsApp or SMS.
- A recovery code: if you forget your PIN and ask for one from the lock screen, the app sends a single SMS to the shop number saved in settings — a temporary six-digit code and nothing about your customers. It goes to no other number.
Leaves your phone on its own
Nothing, in this version. The app does not connect to the internet by itself and sends nothing you did not send.
The app carries the internet permission in its permission list, and no feature in it uses that permission today. It is there for what is coming — a backup that happens without you deciding to, a second shop phone kept in step with the first, payments reconciled against debts — not for anything that runs now.
When the first feature that uses the internet arrives, nothing anyone could read about your customers will leave your phone: it is encrypted before it goes, or it does not go. That will be written on the app's "What leaves your phone" screen and on this page before it happens.
Everything you need daily keeps working with the radio off: recording a debt or a payment, balances, statements, the overdue list, and a backup on your own phone. The network is additive, never a requirement.
Test (beta) version only
If you agree on the first screen, the test version records how you use it (screens you open, buttons you press, errors, crashes and how fast the phone is) and sends this to the developer when there is internet. If you don't agree, the app closes and records nothing. It never sends names, phone numbers, amounts, notes or photos. The phone is identified by a random number the app creates, and by your tester code if you enter one; phone numbers, device identifiers and advertising IDs are never used. This data passes through Cloudflare and is stored with Supabase, and is used only to improve the app. The test version stops working on its expiry date.
This website
This site uses no cookies, trackers or ads. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitor addresses only for security and delivery.
What we never do
We don't sell data, we don't show ads in the app, and we don't share any information about you or your customers with anyone.
Deleting your data
Your ledger lives on your phone; uninstalling the app deletes it (make a backup first if you want to keep it). To delete test-version data sent to us, message us the first eight characters of the install ID shown in the test version's panel and we will delete it.
Children
Jaroura is a tool for shopkeepers and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
Any change to what leaves your phone is written on the app's "What leaves your phone" screen and on this page, with the date.
